- 1 canopy for serving and 6 tables for buffet.
- 10 canopies for the programme.

- 100 capacity car park, 6 washrooms and five outside hand wash basins with sanitizers and tissues.
- Cleaning of the place is the responsibility of Baca Hotel and Event Centre.
- Power plant is available in the event of power outage.
Our Rules
ALL CUSTOMERS MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENT.
- 1Baca Hotel and Event Centre can offer a buffet meal to customers' guests at a cost of GHc60.00 per plate.
- 2Food, drinks, and water provided by the customer to their guests is allowed.
- 3Customer-provided external decorators must vacate the premises at the conclusion of the programme. Failure to comply will result in a daily fee of GHc500.00, to be paid by the customer.
- 4A deposit is required from the customer prior to the programme's start. The full amount will be refunded upon adherence to condition #3.
- 5Payment for bookings is non-refundable; however, you have the flexibility to modify your booking date.
- 6Outside chairs and tables are prohibited on the premises.
- 7Full payment is required prior to the programme date. Failure to comply will result in the denial of access to the premises with personal items.
- 8Free power plant availability in the event of a power outage.
